Scott Garrity – humanutopia at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, Derbyshire

We have invited humanutopia in and we have the “Who Are You?” day first of all. It’s fair to say that we have never seen such a single day have such an impact on a year group as that. They then came back and did some extension activities with Graham. They really started to plan their future and they actually have hopes and aspirations for the first time in their lives. Amazing feeling for the staff to see, and I think trying to engage staff in some of the challenges that young people are facing is one of the key things we’re sort of trying to drive forward.
